The rooms will be available from November 15 until November 19 at $75 + tax. Hotel, I believe, will offer you the event rate even if you arrive earlier than 15th or stay after 19th. Some of the rooms have one king bed while some others have two Queen beds. These will be booked on the first come first serve basis. Hotel room must be booked by October 25th. The event name is “SHUKLA NMSU Plant and Environmental Sciences”.
There is a shuttle
service available from El Paso airport to Las
Cruces (http://www.lascrucesshuttle.com/).
The

Reservations can be made by phone only. I will soon talk to the
company
to find out if they can offer any discount for the meeting.
