Weed Control in Potatoes

From the Pacific Northwest Weed Control Handbook
Edited By Charlotte Eberlein, U of I, Aberdeen

The following weed control recommendations are lifted directly from the 1998 Pacific Northwest Weed Control Handbook, compiled by: R.D. William, D. Ball and T.L. Miller of OSU; R. Parker and K. Al-Khatib, WSU; and R.H. Callihan, C. Eberlein, and D.W. Morishita of U of I. Paper copies of the entire handbook which covers all crops as well as non-crop areas, are available for about $20 each from Publications Orders, Agricultural Communications, Oregon State University, Administrative Services A422, Corvallis, OR 97331-2119.

PNW recommendations are for information only and are revised annually. Because of constantly changing labels, laws, and regulations, Oregon State University can assume no liability for the consequences of use of chemicals suggested here.

In all cases, read and follow the directions and precautions listed on the specific pesticide product label.
